Folly Beach Wedding
I met with this couple and their beautiful 2-year-old on Folly Beach by the Morris Island Lighthouse to create some wedding portraits… the Bride wore a “genuine” vintage dress passed down through her family, and it was absolutely stunning in this beach setting.

Portrait sessions can be a struggle when you’re a toddler… especially when you’re on the beach and really don’t want to do anything but run and play in the sand and waves! These two little ones were wonderful, despite all of that… and so adorable, even when frowning!

a Charleston Vow Renewal
I capture so many couples at the beginning of their life together, so love it when I have the opportunity to capture some a bit further down the road and I can witness the life they have created together. I was privileged to be witness to the 10-year vow renewal of Kimi and her husband at the gorgeous Hampton Park in downtown Charleston. They have built a beautiful life and family – their two children were adorable and so much fun to work with!
Their family is from out of town but they were married here in Charleston 10 years ago, and were able to have the same preacher that married them 10 years ago spend the morning with us as they renewed their vows. The depth of their love and commitment to each other and their family is obvious, and I hope that their next 10 years together are even more wonderful than the previous ones.
